Promote your business and help Woodbury Days!
Part of the fun of Woodbury Days is all of the games and prizes! We need our local businesses and organizations help by donating various prizes to the event. Help us create a fun event and gain new customers by donating a prize or two!
Donate a button prize
The Woodbury Days Button is a very popular feature of our event. Each Button purchased includes a chance to win an adult and a kid prize. The prize drawing helps increase our Button sales and further promotes your business. Woodbury Days needs a variety of prizes at various values that are exciting for all ages. The Minimum prize value is $500 for adults and $100 for kids. Samples of past prizes include: gift baskets, autographed sports memorabilia, business or attraction memberships and more.
Donate a Bingo prize
One of the attractions at Woodbury Days is the very popular Bingo Tent. We need over 400 prizes to award throughout the weekend at the Bingo Tent! Donate a Bingo prize to help us make this fan-favorite game exciting while promoting your business at the same time. The minimum prize value is $10. Samples of past prizes include: free tickets, free pizza certificate, games, toys and more.
Important information regarding prize donations:
- Gift Certificates are acceptable donations as long as they do not require an additional purchase to redeem, are transferable and must not expire before February 28, 2027.
- All prize donations are subject to Woodbury Days Council approval. Woodbury Days Council reserves the right to distribute all prizes as they deem necessary.
- Donated prizes may go towards your sponsorship level. You may also combine prizes to reach a desired sponsorship level.
