Woodbury Days has partnered with these organizations for collaborations, to broaden the reach of our mission to bring the community together and to create a greater sense of community. Please support these events in the spirit of Woodbury Days!

Live Brave 5k and 1 mile
Hosted by: Live Brave

Live Brave is excited to collaborate with Woodbury Days in 2024 to encourage the community to participate in a fun, feel-good fitness event! Our organizations share a mutual vision and mission of increasing community engagement and well-being. At Live Brave, we understand the benefits that exercise has on not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive and fun opportunity for the community to be active at our annual road racing events. All ages and abilities are welcome, and kids 12 & under run free in our 1 mile event.
Live Brave events seek to support eating disorder awareness, prevention and recovery, and more broadly, youth mental health. Race donations will go directly to the Live Brave Fund, a part of the Woodbury Community Foundation, and be dispersed to local non-profit organizations that advocate for eating disorders and the mental health of our youth population (including www.withall.org).

Firefighter Water Challenge!
Woodbury High School west parking lot
Hosted by: Woodbury EMS Fire Division

Woodbury EMS Fire is hosting a one-of-a-kind Firefighter Water Challenge this year at Woodbury Days! Fire departments from around the metro will take part in a water challenge to determine which team can move a large barrel, hung 12 feet with just the water from their fire hose, the fastest! This water challenge will play similar to tug-of-war where the accuracy of the water spray, aim and teamwork will determine the winner! Woodbury Days attendees are invited to watch the challenge play out, cheer on their favorite team, participate in a kid-sized challenge and meet and greet some of Woodbury’s Firefighters.

This water challenge is a partnership between Woodbury Fire EMS and Woodbury Firefighter Alumni Association non-profit. The Alumni Association has graciously purchased and donated untreated water, from an outside source specifically for this event. This generous donation gives us the opportunity to host this challenge without using any water from the city supply.
